Q How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, select the item you want, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose a payment method to confirm your order.

Q What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple convenient payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad), and major Credit/Debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

Q How long does delivery take?

For regular in-stock items, delivery takes 1-2 business days inside Dhaka and 3-5 business days outside Dhaka. However, for Pre-order products, delivery takes 15 to 20 days from the order confirmation date.

Q Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please report it to us within 24 hours. You have a maximum of 7 days to return or exchange the defective product, provided the original packaging is intact.

Q Do your products come with a warranty?
