1 Warranty Policy

  • Products sold by Take Hadiah Shop come with a specific warranty period, which is applicable as per the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
  • The warranty applies exclusively to technical and manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty is primarily provided by the product's manufacturing brand, while Take Hadiah Shop assists in facilitating the warranty process.

2 Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Issues caused by usage errors, accidental damage, liquid exposure, fire, or negligence.
  • The warranty will be void if any attempt is made to modify or repair any part of the product.
  • Software issues, data loss, BIOS/password locks, and account-related problems are not covered under warranty.
  • Printer cartridges, toners, cables, remotes, and accessories provided as free gifts are excluded from the warranty.

3 Warranty Claim & Repair Process

  • It is mandatory to preserve the purchase receipt to claim the warranty.
  • Bring the defective product to the nearest service center or contact Take Hadiah Shop.
  • The repair timeframe may vary depending on the situation; it can take up to 45 days, especially if spare parts need to be imported.
  • If a repair is not possible, a new product of the same model or a substitute product of equal value will be provided, or a 50% refund will be issued.

4 Additional Information

  • Take Hadiah Shop is not responsible for software updates, setups, or data backups during the warranty period.
  • It is necessary to log out of all personal accounts before submitting the product for return or repair.
